The Barossa Valley is arguably the center of the Australian Wine Industry. Executive Chef Frederick Bisaillon will use his dynamic flavors and techniques to pair 3 courses with John Duval's elegant and well balanced Rhone varietals from the Barossa Valley. Whether it is white or red Plexus (Rhone Blends) or one of his two Shiraz labels, these wines will provide you with a portrait of the beauty of the Barossa Valley.

SUSTAINABLE FOODS WINEMAKERS LUNCHEON | Friday, May 18 | Noon-1:30pm
>Featuring sustainable dishes paired with great wines from Sonoma, Napa, and St. Joseph, France. Representatives from the Boston Aquarium's Sustainable Seafood Program, Kinnealey Quality Meats, and Nantucket's own Bartlett's Farm will be on hand to provide insights into their very forward view on sustainability. We will feature wines from Larkin Wines, Miner Family Vineyards, Pride Mountain Vineyards, François Villard, Donelan Wines, and Hourglass Wines. Executive Chef Frederick Bisaillon will be working with the very talented and farm to fork focused Chef Neil Hudson, Executive Chef of Bartlett's Farm, to pair three courses with these great wines.

 Brant Point Grill, affectionately nicknamed BPG, is considered the premier steak and seafood restaurant in Nantucket. Once you've dined overlooking the harbor, you'll know why BPG is the place to come time and time again when on island. Brant Point Grill serves full breakfast daily. Enjoy the early morning views of the magnificent harbor either from our dining room or dine al fresco on our covered deck while you savor delicious breakfast fare from omelets to waffles to an incredible array of homemade pastries.
Lunch at the White Elephant offers al fresco dining on the Harborside Terrace. Spectacular views of the harbor and the lush hotel gardens complement a menu of crisp salads, fresh seafood, daily specials and select wines.
 Dinner at Brant Point Grill features a seafood and steak menu unmatched to any restaurant in Nantucket. Our FireCone, a modern-day interpretation of a Native American technique, provides a spectacular cooking display and offers unique specialties such as cedar planked Atlantic salmon.
Al Fresco Dining on the Harborside Terrace
The awning-covered Harborside Terrace boast a commanding harbor view and is an ideal setting for al fresco Nantucket dining. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch while watching the sailboats skim along the waters of Nantucket Harbor.

Beautiful and bountiful. That's how we describe Brant Point Grill's Sunday Brunch - the island's largest unlimited buffet brunch, served from 10 am - 3:00 pm. The Bar also offers an award-winning wine list as well as extensive port and cognac selections.
